That's how i can describe my state of mind as I endeavour to blog for the first time. It stems up from my abhorrence of being mocked at. This is so because I am audacious enough to put up such a despicable work on display.However, this fear does not deter me from moving forward. The reason for this desire to carry on would be very apparent to people who know me well. For those who dont know me, this is how I can describe myself.
The incidence of getting to know something new gives me a high. I would not hesitate to compare this set of feelings with the ones I experience when I indulge my taste buds with swiss chocolate (yumm.........). This is so primarily because I have deconstructed something and have understood the truth behind it. I yearn for those moments of pure, unadulterated joy .
It still does not explain why i took up blogging. This is in an attempt to attain higher clarity of thought. When we express ourselves, people around us get to know us better. However, that does not help us in knowing ourselves better as we are engrossed in the acts of expression. Only when we have this opportunity to look back at what we did or have a record of what happened, can we understand ourselves better. Isn't understanding oneself the first step to attain higher clarity of thought? (That applies to expressing our views on various subjects surronding us.)
As you can see what started as a channel to express one's feelings has now become a means to attain a higher end (Sorry AB, breaking your rule this time.). I hope to improve on my clarity of thought and simultaneously my writing skills.
